Where does your food come from?
The Birmingham Table proudly partners with Edgbaston Community Farm and other local growers across the Midlands. By sourcing our produce directly from these partners, we ensure every dish is fresh, seasonal, and supports sustainable agriculture. Together, we are reducing food miles, supporting local jobs, and building stronger ties between the farm and the plate. In addition to its flagship location, The Birmingham Table has opened several sister restaurants around Birmingham. Each of these establishments is designed with the same ethos: serving locally grown, sustainable food while fostering close ties with the surrounding community. Through this network of restaurants, The Birmingham Table has become a hub of community dining. Whether in the city centre, Edgbaston, or Digbeth, diners can enjoy food that supports local farmers and strengthens Birmingham’s sense of community. These restaurants are situated in key neighbourhoods across the city, each reflecting the character of their local area. They often partner with nearby growers, bakeries, and community gardens to ensure menus are unique, seasonal, and rooted in their specific part of Birmingham.
